3D CAD designs


CAD/CAM engineering capabilities allows Namsbel to design detailed components and product geometry. Our quality engineers also work together to reverse engineer parts and improve their design, tooling and fabrication.Namsbel has been designing custom tool and dies for leading OEM and tier manufacturers in the aerospace, appliance, automotive, electric vehicle, electrical equipment, electronics, lighting, military and defense, solar, structural building components and telecommunications industries, among others.Our engineering department’s 3D CAD modeling design softwares are Autodesk AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Proe creo, Catia V5, Inventor, Solid edge and Solidworks. so we design files to seamlessly manufacture components. DIE SIMULATION



We use state-of-the-art Autoform simulation technology to evaluate and validate tooling designs, part materials and forming processes. Die simulation can identify potential problems with the design prior to tool construction. It can also ensure that the materials specified meet the demands of the production environment. In addition, we can simulate possible improvements to part quality, eliminating costly re-cuts of the tool.
